The Challenge

Embarrassment, well that’s worrying about how you will be perceived by others, you cannot control what others do, think or say. A little fear or apprehension can be productive, just don’t let it stop you from taking action.

  • Ask yourself, how you’d feel if you never made the attempt?
  • Ask yourself, what is the worst that could happen if you failed? Be honest.
  • Practice first. Go through the motions until it feels more comfortable.
  • Visualize the successful outcome. See yourself surrounded by your family/friends/fans congratulating you.
  • Visualize your next level of success. You did it! Now build on that success!
